Joanna is a speculative fiction author and Bulgarian immigrant based in Canada. Her work has been published in The Moss Puppy Magazine, The Selkie’s Rebirth anthology, and Inner Worlds.

Outside of writing, she enjoys spending time in nature and is convinced that a crisp 15°C is the perfect hiking weather. She curates a growing collection of vinyl, and her most recent journey in piano learning can be best described as “earnest chaos in minor keys”. She lives with her cat Leo, who is perpetually unimpressed but deeply loved.
